The state of Arizona is located in the southwestern part of the United States. It is well-known for its desert climate, with hot summers and placid winters. However, in the north part of the state, it features mountain ranges and pine forests with cooler weather than the deserts below.

It is now considered as a State Historic Park exhibiting original nineteenth century buildings, which are still standing up to the present.
